The ORIGINAL version of this SOURCE CODE is also available here.
Peter Hirschberg maintains ALL rights to the ORIGINAL source code for CSW not 
specifically granted by the License CLASSIC SPACE WARS was distributed under.

The current version of the SPACE WARS APPLICATION for Windows 95 is available
from my website at http://www.digisys.net/users/cogs/spacewar.htm .

SPACEWARS refers to the collection of files distributed with SpaceWars or the 
collection of files distributed with the SOURCE CODE for Spacewars.  This license 
applies to SpaceWars 1.01 and derivative works.

This SOURCE CODE may be distributed in unmodified form to any medium.

The SOURCE CODE or SPACEWARS may not be sold,
or sold as a part of a commercial package without the express written
permission of The Plastic Factory (hippies@mnsinc.com).
This includes shareware.
