Game Over is a narrative piece that addresses the consequences of immersion in a game space. Through a series of eight paintings, this piece draws to attention the negative effects that the act of immersion can have on an individual’s social life and in some cases, their notion of reality. MORE... Examples of popular games including Tetris, Farmville, World of Warcraft, and Half-Life have been more or less explicitly incorporated within the piece to refer to actual problems that some individuals have in reality actually dealt with those particular games.
